About Me

Hi! I am Denise, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at K&C Inspire Therapy based in the High Desert area. I am here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult times, by supporting and helping you walk through times of growth, change and transitions.

​Since 2013, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences. I have specialized in working with at-risk youth, depression, family, marital and individual treatment, crisis management, generational, maladaptive, and self-sabotaging patterns and trauma. My client’s well-being is my number one priority, and I always go above and beyond to help you through all your past, present and future obstacles.

 I am very passionate about the therapeutic process and I am passionate about guiding you to identify recurring generational patterns, maladaptive patterns, and/or self-sabotaging patterns through a therapeutic process of growth and self-discovery. I want to walk alongside you through your biggest struggles, help you heal from your pain and move forward to where you want to be in your life. I take pride in creating a safe place for my clients during their most vulnerable moments.
